Advice PLEASE ON MY RELATIONSHIP?

I have this guy I have been dating for 3 yrs – But he is mentally and emotionally abusive – I just moved back in again – and he shuts me out by staying in the office talking to his friends or online games. I don’t know what to do – I do love him, but the way we live our lives separate is horrible, I have kids and so does he – He decided to have our kids on separate weekends, its like there is no future of us being together forever – Please help – I know this may seem stupid but I need help. I am learning to shut down and become very emotional and it is driving me crazy – Mind you he is bi-polar and goes from one Extreme to the next in just minutes.
